Occupying a prime location on the corner of Colston Street and Park Row, ZERODEGREES will brew its own beers on site in large steel vats and serve up a mouthwatering menu of European favourites to wash it down with.

This is no ordinary build. Architects have had to come up with a design that’s sympathetic to the surroundings (the historic Christmas Steps edge the site) and which incorporates the mechanics of the brewery. The resulting space is functional and futuristic as the shiny steel vats and connecting pipelines form the skeleton to a light and airy interior to be enjoyed by drinkers and diners any time, day or night.
